By using our website, booking our vehicles, or interacting with our team, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

  1. No Reservation is Final Until Confirmed
    Submitting a quote request, email inquiry, or online form does not confirm or guarantee a reservation.

A booking is only considered confirmed when:

  • A deposit has been paid,
  • All trip details are approved by JMI Limousine,
  • A written confirmation is sent by an authorized JMI booking agent.

Until then, availability is not guaranteed and no vehicle will be dispatched. We do not confirm bookings via website auto-responses or generic email submissions.

  1. Deposits, Payment Terms & Gratuity
  • All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.
  • Final payment is due prior to the scheduled trip unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Driver gratuity is not included in quoted rates unless explicitly stated.
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, overtime, or vehicle damage.
  • JMI reserves the right to charge for unscheduled stops or route changes.
  1. Travel Delays, Traffic, and Acts Beyond Our Control JMI Limousine is not liable for delays, missed events, or damages due to:
  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical failures
  • Accidents or events involving third-party drivers
  • Changes to event start/end times

We do our best to anticipate and plan for traffic, but we recommend booking ample time to avoid conflicts. Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances.

  1. Third-Party Establishments & Events JMI Limousine is not responsible for the policies or performance of third-party establishments, including:
  • Restaurant hours, menus, seating, or cancellations
  • Winery availability, private tastings, or group bookings
  • Concert or event cancellations, venue restrictions, or ticketing errors

We encourage clients to verify all bookings directly with third-party providers before their trip.

  1. Behavior, Age Restrictions & Conduct
  • Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol onboard. ID may be requested.
  • Illegal drug use and underage drinking are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
  • Fighting, harassment, or disrespect toward drivers, staff, or other passengers will not be tolerated.
  • We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  1. Special Event Risks & Client Behavior We understand weddings and parties can get emotional. However, JMI is not responsible for:
  • Last-minute cancellations due to “bridezilla” moments or groom no-shows
  • Family disputes, vendor conflicts, or timeline miscommunication
  • Disagreements among guests or intoxicated behavior

Our priority is the safety and professionalism of our staff and passengers. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if behavior jeopardizes the comfort or safety of the ride.

  1. Vehicle Substitution & Maintenance All vehicles are subject to routine maintenance. JMI reserves the right to:
  • Substitute vehicles of similar value and class in the event of unforeseen maintenance
  • Remove any vehicle from service for safety, inspection, or mechanical issues

We will notify clients of substitutions as soon as possible. Refunds will not be issued if a comparable replacement vehicle is provided.

  1. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMI Limousine, its employees, affiliates, or representatives shall not be liable for:
  • Direct or indirect damages caused by use of our services
  • Injuries sustained due to client negligence or misconduct
  • Consequences of intoxicated or disruptive behavior
  • Business loss, missed appointments, or inconvenience due to delays
