Welcome to the official Terms and Conditions for the website of JMI Limousine, the premier limousine and party bus provider in Portland, Oregon. By using this website, making a reservation, submitting a payment, or boarding any of our vehicles, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Service

JMI Limousine provides professional transportation services including limousines, party buses, and luxury shuttles for events such as weddings, wine tours, airport transfers, corporate travel, proms, and nights out. All services are subject to vehicle availability, driver availability, and local laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or group that does not comply with our terms, policies, or safety standards.

2. Reservations, Deposits & Cancellations

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve any vehicle.
• All deposits are final and non-transferable, regardless of circumstances including event cancellations, changes in plans, or weather.
• Full payment is due before service begins unless otherwise arranged.
• Gratuity is not included in your quoted rate unless specified. Industry standard is 20%.
• Flat rate or special pricing for events and weddings applies to specific time blocks and cannot be adjusted on the day of the event.
• Additional time beyond the contracted period will be charged at the hourly overtime rate, billed in full-hour increments.
• No refunds will be provided for late departures due to party delays, makeup emergencies, forgotten items, bridal meltdowns, or grooms who don’t show up.
• JMI Limousine is not responsible for schedule changes, last-minute add-ons, or route changes that impact timing or additional costs.

3. Behavior, Alcohol, and Conduct

• Alcohol is allowed for passengers 21 and over only. IDs may be checked.
• You may bring your own beverages. We provide cooler wells, ice, and drinkware where applicable.
• Illegal substances, vaping, and smoking (of any kind) are strictly prohibited.
• Unruly behavior, property damage, or any activity that risks the safety of passengers or drivers will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
• Clients are responsible for any damage or excessive cleanup. A minimum $250 cleaning fee applies for vomiting, glitter, broken glass, or other messes.
• JMI reserves the right to refuse service to any intoxicated or disruptive passenger.

4. Limitation of Liability

JMI Limousine is not liable for:

• Traffic delays, road closures, or detours
• Weather-related delays or cancellations
• Third-party actions, including other drivers or event staff
• Cancellations of events, concerts, or restaurant reservations
• Changes to restaurant hours or venue capacity
• Inaccurate online menus, venue wait times, or miscommunication with outside vendors
• Lost, stolen, or forgotten personal items

We do our best to maintain punctuality and communication, but are not responsible for factors beyond our control.

5. Vehicle Maintenance and Substitution

Our vehicles are meticulously maintained and regularly upgraded. If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to maintenance or mechanical failure, JMI will provide a comparable replacement vehicle. In rare cases, we may issue a credit for future service.

We reserve the right to upgrade your vehicle at no additional cost or substitute a comparable vehicle if your requested model is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Safety First

• Seatbelts must be worn where available.
• Children must be accompanied by a legal guardian and may only ride in vehicles where legal and appropriate.
• Our chauffeurs are trained, licensed, and subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
• The driver reserves the right to refuse unsafe routes or detours, and may end a trip if passengers compromise safety or violate these terms.

7. Website Use and Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate information on JMILimousine.com. However, vehicle availability, prices, amenities, and policies are subject to change without notice.

JMI is not responsible for outdated pricing, expired promotions, or website errors. Confirm all details with a JMI representative before booking.

All website content is the property of JMI Limousine and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We protect your personal information in accordance with industry standards. Your data is never sold. It may be shared with third-party vendors solely for reservation and service purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for more.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on JMILimousine.com, including logos, images, text, and vehicle descriptions is the exclusive property of JMI Limousine. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Modifications to Terms

JMI Limousine reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the latest terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Disputes shall be handled in Washington County, Oregon, unless otherwise required by law.
